3. Appointments
Appointments must be booked in advance.
Clients are responsible for:

4. Fees and Payment
Free Initial Consultation
Chi Integrative Clinic Ltd offers a free 30-minute initial consultation.

Payment for Hypnotherapy Sessions

Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

Refunds

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
Where less than 24 hours' notice is provided, the clinic reserves the right to charge the full appointment fee.
Exceptions may be considered in exceptional circumstances.
